Meet the Wrendale family - Lisa, head of sales
Next up in our 'Meet the Wrendale family' series we have the very fabulous Lisa who is Head of Sales. We talked to Lisa about why she loves working at Wrendale, her favourite products from our most recent launch and even got to meet her dog Nina...
Without a doubt the people! Wrendale is a fabulous place to work, everyone works so well together and supports one another and we all share the same values. We have an amazing team and I enjoy spending time with my colleagues in and out of work, it’s a privilege to be part of the Wrendale family.
I have worked at Wrendale 5 years now as Head of Sales, a lot has changed over the years as we have grown so much, and my role has grown with it. I oversee everything that is sales related. My typical day can involve meetings with the product team on new product development, planning trade shows, leading and coaching the sales teams and then strategic work planning and putting budgets together and sales strategies as well as managing my own customers.
Yes I do, we have very new family member, called Nina who is a 6 month old working cocker spaniel. She brings me so much joy, she loves her cuddles and stealing my Wrendale socks! We are really enjoying our walks in the country side and are very much looking forward to our first Wrendale walk.
Tough question as the team have worked really hard producing some fabulous new products for January 24. I would have to say the plush keyrings, they are beyond cute! The fox is my favourite.
For Christmas, I gifted my Mum some dog socks in her stocking as she too has a spaniel so I thought she would love these! I also gifted her the 'A Dog’s life' tea towel.
