- Soda water, a 1 litre bottle should be perfect
- Pomegranate seeds
- Fresh thyme sprigs
PREPARE in Style...
Before we dive into the recipe, let’s talk about the tools that will make preparing this drink a true pleasure. Starting with our beautifully illustrated bird measuring cups—these charming cups not only simplify measuring your ingredients but also add a touch of joy to the process. When it’s time to serve, the 'Guard Duck' 1 pint jug is perfect for pouring and makes a lovely addition to your summer table. Serve your lemonade in our country animal tumblers or hi-ball glasses, each featuring delightful designs that make every sip feel a bit more special. Complete the experience with Wrendale napkins for a finishing touch.
Mix It Up
- Start by pouring 2 cups of lemon juice into a jug—our lovely 'Guard Duck' 1-pint jug works perfectly for this.
- Next, mix in 1 cup of sugar syrup with the lemon juice and stir.
- Then, add 1 cup of pomegranate juice to the mixture. (We chose to squeeze in a bit of fresh lemon at this point, but that’s entirely up to your taste preferences.)
- Place 1 cup of crushed ice into your glass (the Wrendale tumblers are an ideal fit for this drink!) and fill the glass halfway with your pomegranate lemonade blend. Top it off with soda water.
- Finish by garnishing with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and a sprig of thyme.
- With your pomegranate lemonade ready, all that’s left is to relax, sip, and enjoy!
